I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

I got this product today... I must say flipkart got excellent delivery System.. Its is a very cool and refreshing shower gel.. i used vaseline and Garnier. bt at this price u can get only 250-300ml.. bt this is 600ml.. it will get u atleast 6mnth with regular use.. If u are watching it.. Know this this is the best shower gel you can have at this Price Range..!! Go ahead buy it.. ENjoy the cool Sensation... :) :)

Washes off quickly and is relatively inexpensive
This is one of the more inexpensive shower gels around. After trying out a lot of other gels, I personally prefer the ones Gatsby makes. Generally speaking, most brands have a tendency of taking time to wash off, i.e. the "slick" soapy feeling persists. I know you're supposed to use some of them with a loofah, but I don't.
In other words, I like this type because it behaves like bar soap. So, if you are used to a more typical sort of shower gel, you'd probably find this a let-down.
Bonus: The large size of the bottle will last you quite a while, and you'll be getting comments from your flatmates: "Whose is this?" :-)

Value for money
This product is quite good. I bought 600ml pack and it last for 5 months even after using in a good amount per bath. I have used Dove too and Gatsby is better than it.
Pros
1. Doesn't require much water to remove, you won't feel sticky after bath like with Dove
2. Has good odor and refreshing menthol feel.
3. For best results, use everyday otherwise your body odor will be back.
4. Good for oily skin.
Cons
1. Produces less lather hence require more gel than others.

The Worst Showel Gel
Oh my god, what to say? This is the worst product I have ever seen, I bought this product recently from Flipkart and no doubt the service was excellent in delivering the product as usual, I started using this product and couldn't notice anything at the beginning as it was new for me, after using 2-3 days I could feel the odor in body like anything and now am using this to wash my car because of its lather...not recommended even it comes free with other products...
