I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

beautiful stories of love and friendship
recently i purchased this item.when it got delivered to my door step and i opened it..i loved the box and ofcourse the books..i have started reading too.. i just can't drop it until i finish..again the stories are so good..i just love it..

In love with flipkart. I ordered this gift book set for my birthday for myself. I ordered on 26th and requested flipakrt to deliver by 28th for my birthday as i didnt wanted to miss it. They delivered it on 27th ^_^. Just So So happy.
The box is very beautiful and m all set to dig into the lovely novels. :)

An Amazing product...perfect for gifting to your loved ones.
I ordered this product on 12th night and received it on 14th evening. kudos to flipkart once again for delivering on time.
It was well packed, and i must say it was quite a task opening the package. Well, inside is a beautiful red box and three amazing books.
I am not reviewing the books, since its for every invidual to read and savour these amazing stories. I'm just speaking about the product on the whole. Though the books in pristine condition, the quality of the paper is not upto the mark, and some of you (or atleast me) found it difficult at first to adjust my eyesight.
But once you start reading you forget about the quality and all, all you worry about is the story. Three amazingly wonderful books, which is a must read...
Nothing short of AWE-SOME!
Cecilia Ahern never fails to amaze me. Her unique story-telling ability and the storylines are breathtaking - her books have an uncanny ability to make you cry, make you laugh and reassure you that despite the worst tragedies life may throw at you, you continue to live!
I had already read PS: I Love You and have a copy of Where Rainbows End, but i had never read the Gift. However, i ordered 2 book sets for my close friends' birthdays and after receiving the parcel, i was really tempted to keep it for myself. I am planning on ordering another book set for my hubby too. Thank you Flipkart, for the wonderful offer, the priceless look and feel of the book set and a beautiful chance to own all three books! Wow!!!!

cecilia ahern rocks!
Before reading these books, I thought Airhead was the best, no offence. But these books rock. PS I LOVE YOU is the fame earning book by Cecilia. When i read the reviews i thought of trying it out. The box is nice, but better in the pic.
THE GIFT is nice but it is boring in the staring. by the end, It proves to be great.
WHERE RAINBOWS END is THE m ost awesome book. If you ask anyone who has read this, they'll tell you it is gr8.
This gift box is a must. Do buy or else there'll be a price hike, cause i bought it from flipkart earlier and it was worth 1125 or something.
