This Gift We Call Living And Other Points To Ponder

Throughout our lives, we are constantly learning from experience. Sometimes life brings us joy. Sometimes we are faced with difficult and painful situations. It is how we cope with, and what we do with these experiences that is important and what molds and shapes us as individuals. We cannot flourish without the good. We cannot grow without the bad. Life is our classroom, living is what teaches us, and God is with us the whole time. These poems and short stories are a journey made up of tales from the lives of many. Perhaps you will find a piece of yourself within this book. Maybe you might discover somebody else. I hope these poems and stories provide a good learning experience. I feel that I learned so much while I was writing them. I also realize that there is still so much out there for me to discover, and I cannot wait to find it.
