I has been using this motherboard for 5-6 months...
MB- Gigabyte E350N
RAM- 4gb ddr3 Kingston
HDD- 2TB + 320gb internal + 500gb usb (all seagate)
PCI CARD- Creative Sound Blaster 5.1
OPTICAL DRIVE- HP dvd drive
SMPS- Coolermaster 350 watt
MONITOR- Samsung SycMaster S20B300 (resolution 1600x900)
The motherboard is awesome and thanks to Gigabyte & AMD to introduce such a powerful mb in a such low price.
I played prince of parsia 5 (forgotten sands) with no lags on the above mentioned config...

Super Coool
Really very good Motherboard.
Nice plays HD 1080p, also quite good graphic than any other intel itx board.
With OCZ Agility 3 120 GB SSD, win8 boot time ~15sec. so Koool..naa... also its running very cool.
Only missing USB3 and a PCIe, but its OK..!! as its half the price than those motherboard.
It’s should combo motherboards section.

The Ultimate Choice
Hi, Its far best than ATOM aprox cost is the same as ATOM. ITs has inbuilt HD Graphic 6000 Series of ATI, Supports 8GB DDR3, Dual Core
I have sold more than 300 Qty of it. My Configuration was
E350N 4GB DDR3 Corsair 1333Mhz, I Ball Slim Cabinet HP DVD Writer 64 GB Kingstone S2 SSD.
It cost Aprox 22000 is almost equal I can say Intel was 2% faster than E350N but its ok you are saving more than Rs.8000/- which is more important.

A good Secondary PC
I bought this combo for a temporary setup when my Pen 4 system got kaput.
And I am glad I bought this instead of the Intel Atom.
I bought this last year when dollar wasn't this high, so to me it was really a good deal (Rs. 4200). I used to watch 720p and 1080p videos, run Visual Studio 2010 and a bit of Adobe premiere on it. (of course not a fast decoder though). I could play a good number of racing games on it like Trackmania and NFS: Undercover.
Now I bought Intel Core i5 4570 and an H87 ...

Great performer. low heat & power
I built a desktop for my in-laws who had very basic needs for the system. It was to be used for office documents, Youtube video streaming, playing video and music and heavy internet browsing.

Great starting point for a HTPC
This is a great small form factor motherboard for a HTPC. Its quiet, power efficient and streams all Dolby formats via the HDMI port. add 4 GB Ram , dedicate 1 GB to the video RAM, and it will work flawlessly. Great value for Money too...

Excellent for Everyday Computing BUT Poor Video playback Performance
Pros:
Its an excellent product if all you want is:- surfing internet, MS Office, setting up download rig, listening to music, playing 480p videos and online flash games.
Con:
Can't handle 1080p (sometime even 720p) smoothly even when you install 8GB RAM with 64bit OS!!!
Overall Perfect product daily use.
