I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Excellent Shave, Poor Blade
Though you get an excellent shave, the blade life is very very (I can't stress this enough), ultra very bad. Try to read a lot unpaid online reviews before purchasing this product.
And now since I am being asked to write atleast 200 characters else this review doesnt get posted, Mach3 blade life is much longer.
Economical on a long run
Have been using this for about 6 months. Seems a costly investment in the beginning but a i have just popped in my 4th cartridge (avg life of 2 months per cartridge and I shave every damn day because of my job ;)
I cannot compare it to Mach3 since i have not used it. I used to use Gillette disposable razors before when i shaved once or twice a week. But on a daily use it turned out super costly as i had to change one every week and this one turned out to be cheaper :)

Looks expensive! Originally not at all.
The blades of Gillette Fusion Cartridges are build with supreme quality. I am using it now for 2 years. For me one cartridge last for at least 6 to 8 months (my beard are soft in nature). So if you have hard beard, as per my thinking it should last for 2 month at least. Now you calculate it is expensive or reasonable. As per my opinion I am giving it a 5 star.
