I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Good Product - Only Catch - Beware
The product is good... but the Name 'Gillette Fusion Razor' (5 Blades) create confusion. It has only 1 strip of Blade not 5 different blades as the name suggest.. Since I ordered thinking that it has 5 different stips of blade I felt trapped.. don't want others to fall in the same... No doubt on quality of the Razor at all...Just a cautionary remark for all of you.. Flipkart packaging & delivery too good..

nice and smooth
great razor lived up to the expectations, provides smooth shave in one go and its five blades provide close shave without any cuts and altogether a comfortable razor to use, now about flipkart i recieved the product in just one day what a quick delivery great service thanks to flipkart.

Best Razor and Best service!!!!!
First to all those who can't understand this simple thing that it comes with only one cartridge, can't you see the price its way cheaper than open market thumbs up to flipkart on this.
Razor cartridges are overpriced but it can't be helped they spent on R&D so they will charge customers but overall Best razor yet.
AND YES I PREFER THIS BETTER THAN PROGLIDE BECAUSE ALL PROGLIDE CARTRIDGES CAN FIT ON CLASSIC FUSION HANDLES (Although Gillette says proglide has improved handle but for me the fusion'd handle in itself an class)

after lot of hype i bought this razor... Was expecting the shave to be extraordinary... But after using mach3 for past 6 years I found out that this was not an improvement... But the opposite... It leaves my face scratchy..... Recently tried another 5blade razors... Personna m5 magnum... Its's catridges price is half the price of fusion yet so cool.... This fusion product is just a trick to squeeze more money out of our pocket.. Nothing else..
