I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Not A Face wash More Like Shaving Cream
This product is not good at all...leaves skin hydrated but very sticky feel is there...dosen't lather while washing smells like gillette shaving cream...its more like preshaving wash...well i would say donot go for it's not upto the mark and standards of gillette...price also high for the type of quality..
