Synopsis and Features
People are trembling with fear. Ares, the son of Zeus, is wreaking havoc on anybody who comes in his path and nobody is strong enough to stop him. But the gods have sympathy for the people. So, they have called in a warrior named Kratos to show Ares his real place. Now you, as Kratos, must find the elusive Pandora’s Box to slay the god. A mission of a lifetime waits. Can you help Kratos find his true destiny?
Developed by SCE Santa Monica Studio and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, God Of War redefines its genre with a plethora of entertaining features. Stepping into the shoes of Kratos, you will be proceeding onto an assignment that will help answer the many questions you have within the game. From finding the true identity of Kratos to discovering the reason why he has no mercy for anyone, you will tie together all the loose ends in Kratos’s life.
The single-player campaign in the game includes brilliant combat. There are plenty of weapons like Blades of Chaos at your disposal that assist you in taking down the enemies. As you advance through the game you will collect red orbs that can be used for upgrading weapon combos. Each unlocked combo opens up a new way of destruction that can be applied on enemies to yield maximum damage.
Along with different types of weapons, you can also use magic to disarm your enemies. As you progress through each level, you will meet different gods who will grant you weapons and powers. There are a variety of enemies on whom you can use these weapons such as minotaurs, cyclopes, undead warriors, harpies and more.
The game also includes mini-games and challenges that are very entertaining to play. You can unlock a variety of bonus content by indulging in these challenges. The game also includes puzzles where you have to turn cranks, reposition various statues and pull different levers to successfully complete them.

Hope you have got your consignment .... When Flipkart says it has shipped the item it also provides you details of courier company and your LR number ... you can track.. chances are there that delay is from courier company end.,.
Anyway,
Flipkart is best... I've ordered close to 150 items through flipkart and they hit the bull's eye every time. Service is best.
My best experience with Flipkart is related to God of War.. I got my DVD on time but somehow DVD was not running very smoothly ... I reported Flipkart and within three days I got the replacement .. nobody even asked to send back the previous DVD..
This is the best way for service customers and trusting them..

Probably the best PS2 game...
PS2 games are not really known for their graphics but God of War is a notable exception. In fact this one has better graphics than its sequel (IMHO). If brutal kills and gore are your thing then this game is a dream for you.
Pros:
1. The easy mode is good for getting a hang of the game and its controls
2. The god mode is something for pro gamers to look forward to
3. The storyline is brilliant - though it makes no effort to stick to the Greek myth we have grown up knowing
4. The special moves, once mastered, provide unique (& more brutal) ways to kill enemies and yield bonuses
Cons:
1. Only one really, in my opinion - you can't skip the cut-scenes and for repeat plays that becomes really irritating

God of Games
God of War is definitely one of the best games I've played since Halo 3. With great visuals and a brilliant adrenalin - inducing background score, this game just keeps getting better and tougher as you progress the levels. This game will test both your fingers and your brain.
One gets used to the gameplay as we keep progressing through the game and killing mythical monsters has never been so much fun. With an amazing range of superpowers (which the Gods bestow upon him), Kratos is one of the coolest videogame character ever.
The game does get complex in the later stages and patience is definitely required to complete some of the tasks. After all, getting your hands on Pandora's box shouldn't be too easy. The only two complaints I have about the game is that the ending is a bit tamer than I would have expected. The other complaint is common to all good games, it should have been longer.
Lots of blood and gore, loads of amazing super - cool fighting moves, God of War is a must have for anybody possessing a game console.

Mr Vyas now I completly agree with u, i got my ordered DVD after 2 days following my post.
I would say that the the packing was awesome & the DVD was orginal, no stratches & its running fine as it should.
I take back by words against Flipkart,these guys r doing very well & will transact with them for other products also.

when i was finishing this game it got stuck at one point and then never moved on.It does not run smoothly at times.
