I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Little Beast
The 600 mAh batteries pack some punch. They work great within their small capacity. IMHO bargain at this price. Each battery is giving 4-5 hrs in my old Creative Muvo TX-FM MP3 player. Advantage of lower capacity is that these can be brought to full charge quickly.
Flipkart packiaging & delivery was good. I think everyone with a low-drain device needing AAA cells should buy a pair of these batteries.

Good Batteries
These are a good set of batteries. I am using them with my Panasonic ER-GB30-A trimmer. Since the first charge i have used the trimmer almost fifteen times and the batteries are still going.
Plus since it's a 600maH battery it'll take only a little over 3 hours to charge.(most standard chargers give an output of 200mA.)
At this price the batteries are worth buying.

Not a decent product
Lasts for about 3 weeks on my wireless mouse, takes about 2 hours to fully charge. The batteries couldn't hold charge after about 15 recharges. So it isn't what you perhaps want.
Buying from Flipkart at MRP will only save your time to visit the store, but you may be spending Rs. 30 more on shipping.

Awesome Product.
I ordered this product for my cordless Binatone. This product is giving me backup of more than 8 hours. I never expected more than 3 hours from a 600 mAh battery. Flipkart Delivery is always up to the mark & they use to deliver happiness with the product we order.
