Dr. M. Soundarapandian is Professor of Rural Industries and Management, Gandhigram. At present, the author is acted as Director, Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) of Gandhigram Rural University. Apart from 21 years of teaching and extension responsibilities at Gandhigram Rural Institute. He has been engaged in research activities.
