The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.
Once the seller accepts the return request, the item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you by the seller at no extra cost. do not expect any service from haier india from all levels
i bought this ac from mahavir elec. ahmedabad. after one month the compressor was not working. it was very very hot weather outside i call the service but the person name ritesh ( franchisee for service) was answering rudely. also it took him more than 20 days to come for service also after he picked up unit it took him so many days to deliver it back. i talk to haier india sales head vivek but he sound the same then i call their customer service also the same thing. there is no such thing as service from any level in haier india. after fixing that problem there is a big noise is coming from compressor and i complain again at all levels in haier but its been 15 days now i still have not received any service. i am really disappointed with their service. so this is my first and last haier product. i would never ever recommend haier to anybody. pls if anybody is buying a.c. do not ever go for haier because you will never get service. and even if you do you will have to wait for long time.

Hate Haier
hlHaier is one of the wrost company to deal. I bougt their 1.5 T splut Ac and its compressor started making big nouse and tiil date they have not sent tjeir service persin to look in to it. Do not buy Haier

Excellent Air Conditioner - Value for Money
I bought this air conditioner last year and I am very satisfied with the performance of the AC. I myself checked that they had used hitachi compressor in the AC--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
