About the Authors

Tariq Ashraf is an Indian academic author and educationist. He completed his Bachelor’s degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi and holds a PhD in Library and Information Science from Delhi University. Dr. Ashraf has authored 25 research papers which have been published in renowned national and international journals.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha is an Indian academician and an assistant librarian. He is currently working at IILM, New Delhi and holds an M.Phil degree in Library and Information Science. He has co-authored A Handbook of Electronic Information.
