Jaiwant Paul is a man of varied interests, having authored four books earlier: By My Sword and Shield- Weapons of the Indian Warrior; Rani of Jhansi Laksmibai; Baji Rao- The Warrior Peshwa; and The Story of Tea. A hard-core corporate, he initially worked with Hindustan Lever adn was later a Director of Brooke Bond, India.
