Hard Knocks

Hard Knocks is the story of an innocent young man who joins The United States Navy in the late 1970's to cut the apron strings of his Midwestern roots; only to find himself, out of his own ignorance, in the middle of the dark world of drug smuggling and prostitution. Later he meets and marries a woman only to find she has deep emotional and psychological problems. After personal tragedy strikes he takes a position with an overseas company and becomes personally involved in a terrorist attack which almost claims his life. Hard Knocks is a powerfully written story with many twists and turns spanning more than two decades.
