Over the protest of his band of misfits and co-conspirators, Harry makes a big move to Vancouver BC and a partnership with an aging German expatriate to help fill in the blanks to his next scheme of exploitation - the breakdown in the international payment system. Included in the package is the Old Man's twenty-five year old assistant. This outspoken, street smart, gorgeous creature of Norther Italian extraction is more than a match for our diabolical, but ambition-less hero.
