Hate Crimes

The story evolves around a group of people who use the acts of the police to create a resort type setting. People are invited to participate in some of the infamous shootouts. The story examines the actions of police and criminals alike. After studying them the acts are used to train a group of people to enforce what should be done rather than what the law allows. The training of different groups of people blends in with the resort type atmosphere that the story is set in. The training is sometimes used to thwart the police's efforts to stop crimes.
