HCL ME Y2 Tablet

i bought this tablet for my nephew, initially he enjoyed it. But all of sudden on some day it got stuck and not work properly with in 5 month time frame.

I prefer you to buy mi pad, which is working fantastic.

This tab is such a pain, i bought it around 3 months back and till now it has hanged for around 3 to 4 times.. now recently i came to know that the pcb is gone.. Whats the use of making such a product which hangs for around 3 to 4 times a month...I thought like their laptops this tablet will also be a good one, but its not..Its a complete waste of money... I urge everyone who are planning to buy this tab, not to buy it, in spite spend around 4 to 5k more and go for the tab 2...

dont go for this tab. it is nothing but wastage of money.
- cost is more than many other tabs
- doesnt support google playstore
- no maps
- android operating system has no value because google play store doesnt work
- the earphone is not good
- battry back up is not good
- skype doesnt work
- only looks good

Luk guyz I noe diz tab dosnt supprt google play but althogh u can download apps from hcl me store or u can google it with .apk tag u hav to hav a brain wen ua usin diz tab... I bought diz tab lst oct n u cnt blev guyz it didn't hangged until now... m vey happy wit my tab does multitaskin wid an ease n can do great wid hd games.. N remember 1ne thing guyz a tablet is desinged to do net browsing entertainment iz oda thing... ppl must learn to use a thing rather bluff bout it ki thiz iz not wrki...

i bought this seeing the good spec's. but it is not worthy since i replaced twice and sill the problem persists. since these tablests have good resolution, ram i opted for it compared to china ones's in this budget with 3G.

I am stuck with this now. since i got option to exchange i went for 10" HCL tablet to try (no other option available in that store)

before buying a tab i had searched the net to see and read about the tabs that are there in the market. After a thorough study, i settled to buy HCL Y2, a budget tab with no google play store, but nice specifications. I ordered one and got it after a week. The display is really bright and it did great with games and multi tasking. A real value for money. it dictated the tagline of HCL- Technology that touches lives...
After a week, it hanged for the first time...and then it kept on hanging......

No point in buying this. Waste.
1. No googlestore
2. No skype
3. Ordinary resolution.
4. Hangs as and when it desires.
5.No good camera.

In nutshell, waste of money. Its a black mark on HCL's reputation as good PC brand.
