I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

what a nice help to parents!!
I have got this fabulous tablet for my child who is in 5th standard. Its a very nice, interactive, educational device. I have found him studying with this tab for over a week now and his skills have definitely improved besides his interest in studies. I dont have to ask him to study now. This tablet has helped to make studies fun-loving. He studies the chapter, hiself solves the quizes provided, summarizes the keypoints. I feel so relieved now. THANKS to HCL MyEduTab.

Worth the money
with a 16 GB card & tonns of content for my kid this seems to be a perfect gift. bought this after my son's teachers recommended the product and found it worth my money..well spent
the app lock is a fantastic feature which allows me to keep my son away from playing games & surfing the web and study
content is really good and am planning to buy another one when my little daughter grows up

K-12 Contents are very good
i have bought this product for my kids, really impressed with the content quality of k-12. Other features of the tablet are ok, considering the price of the product.
Must have for any student, wanting to score high marks !
