Circumstances lead him to ultimately petition the heavenly Tribunal of "The Board of Review for Grievances and Petitions" and later a terrifying meeting with "His Excellency, The Prince of Darkness." Luckily Marcus Tullius Cicero legally represents Jesse and he prevails.
