I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Get your kids the innovative Hexbug toys that are designed to make children curious about robotics and Nanotechnology. The Hexbug Nano is a robotic creature that acts and behaves like a real bug. The Nano crawls around in random directions mimicking the action of a bug and even if it falls over, it can flip itself over and continue on its way. The Nano moves forward by using a motor that rotates a counterweight to create an up and down motion. The down motion causes the legs to bend while the up motion forces the Nano to hop which results in forward motion. The Hexbug Nano is able to flip over using the same motions explained above and its unique internal and external chassis design. The Hexbug Nano is battery powered and uses AG13/LR44 size batteries. The Hexbug Nano is suitable for both boys and girls over the age of 3 who are interested in robots. This Nano robot toy weighs a mere 36.2 g and has dimensions of 2.7 x 11.9 x 2.7 cm. This toy is fun for children as they can carry it around in their pockets and play with it whenever and wherever they want.

Real Bug for Kids, Parents be ready for Battery Bills
This bug is really exciting for kids, every kid would love it. Though my advice for the prospective buyer parents be ready for the batter bills to make the NANO running all the time. Original battery will last between 6-10 Hours. It might put a hole in your pocket.
My suggestion is to use MAXELL LR44 batteries, these batteries are available online, just have a idea of rates before buying the Hexbug toys (they sucks battery very fast)
If you want to buy more than one bug than buy the combo pack of three, it will cost much cheaper. I have bought 5 Hexbug Nano till now :) and will be buying some-more for gift to relatives kids.
Rating 4 star as the battery life is less.

Awesome Nano!
I had a great time with this at home. My sibling got really obssesed with this nano and spent all the time chasing after it. But we got into a spot of trouble when we weren't looking after the nano and it got under the wadrobe and couldn't come out again. All efforts in vain, we finally had to move the wadrobe to get the hexbug nano.
I have been using this nano regularly at least for 2 weeks and it hasn't needed a new battery.
Though my parents thought it was a cockroach at first sight, with the exception of its colour, that is.

this nano is the first micro robotic creature made by innovation first. it uses the physics of vibration and a small but a powerful motor. this small amazing toy is completely irresistable. it has a pair bumper sensors and sound sensor. it uses button cells[kind of]to run. with nanos you'll get a code to register a nano online!
it totally amazing[just leaving battery life].

Cool toy for kids
Flipkart was prompt in delivering this. My daughter loves playing with this bug. This is a bit expensive considering that the package has just one hexbug. Product can last anywhere between 1 day to 1 year depending on how brutal your kids are with the bug. Best suited for lazy kids and elders alike as they get some exercise at least trying to catch the bug :-)

Nice little bug
Definitely offbeat, and works nicely. I would say a bit pricey because of novelty factor, but still worth it. Does what the description says, and seems to like crawling under the bed, and comes out by itself. Battery seem to hold fine for now. My little one didn't take much fancy to it, but all the neighborhood kids seem to like it.
