Trustworthy device and Value for money
I have upgraded my Dell laptop inspiron N5050 from HGST 500 GB 5400 rpm to HGST 1TB 7200 rpm. Works well and could see good improvement in speed. Value for money deal.

Very Good Product, not so good delivery
I was looking for the up-gradation of 500 GB HDD with the larger capacity, this is the one / probably only one option I had. I was little confused between Seagate Hybrid Drive or Hitachi 7200.
Now after using it for a week, I am happy about my choice. It's as silent as my previous Toshiba 5400 HDD & I think heating is also comparable. In nutshell, 'No issues'. It's a good product. On the positive side, it's way above faster than my previous 5400 HDD.

Nice product
Product is good but it is 7200 rpm which will consume more power my laptop usually gives battery backup up to 2 hrs but after instlling this hardrive in place of a 5400 rpm it gave battry backup of 40 minutes a big difference
But the copying speed is good
The only cons of this hardrive is that ot will conusme more power
Overall this hardrive is best with 3 years warranty

Awesome Flipkart Service..
This drive was ok as i copied my data like movies & songs to it at a very fast speed
i got a speed of around 30 to 40 MBps in USB Mode (may be between drive to drive in sata mode it will be much faster than that) & thus performance wise it was good.
Don't think much about the heat problem because at 7200rpm the heat which it generated was less (& it comes obviously because of high speed)
though it failed after 5 days of receiving with smart error : that backup your data & drive failure i...

1TB 7200rpm HDD! Working Fine on HP G series Laptop
I had 500GB 5400rpm with my laptop. i opted for this due to good review all over and good price. bought this and got it day before (23-05-2015) it was fast delivery without opting for delivery charges. i have simply removed and installed with new one. its working fine. i didn't see difference is speed. but i got capacity of 931GB of size for laptop. the removed 500GB i made a external HDD case and made it as external USB portable Hard Disk.

Very good 1 TB HDD Travelstar from Hitachi.
This is the second HDD of 7200RMP that I purchased from Flipkart. Full marks for prompt delivery. Received in good packaging. Used EaseUS software to clone the existing 500MB HDD of same make and replaced with new one in the slot. Laptop was good to go and is quite faster. Additional disk spaced gained with speed made laptop behave like a new one. Incidentaly both laptops were purchased from flipkart and have proved excellent choices despite being off beat brands like Fujitsu and Asus.

Gr8 product .126 MBps peak transfer rate.
Awesome delivery time . good price and more than decent performance with more than 35% improvement in transfer speed over my previous samsung 1tb 5400rp hdd . boot time down to 5-6sec (startup tweaked..but still pretty impressive) and resumes from hibernation just like that. peak transfer rate about 126 MBps and avg 97MBps.Pretty much 1GBps :) and that too on an average.

one of the best
This drive here is one of the very few 1TB 7200 rpm HDD's available in India . May be it's only one as of now. The rest being 5400 rpm and expectedly slower. The drive is surprisingly quiet even quieter than my other 5400 rpm WD 1tb drive . All in all a good buy .
