Hormonally Active Agents In Food Symposium

Is there a correlation between adverse effects in humans and exposure to hormonally active agents in food? This book summarizes latest results of an international symposium held by experts. Main topics are the effects of phytoestrogens like Isoflavones, which are present in large amounts in soy beans. Soy beans are very popular and widespread.
