A brilliant product from HP..Value for money.
1. Install any windows OS using a DVD. (I have done windows 7 ultimate)
2. Get all the drivers (choose your own windows OS from the options before downloading) from HP website in a DVD.
3. Install each and every driver in the laptop from the DVD.
Your laptop is ready to use.
Mine is working smooth with windows 7 ultimate.

PROS:
This model has got all the proper necessities to carry on educational/official works, quite comfortably.
I personally feel that the audio output is enough of a treat at this low price.
