Got this product during Big Billion day. Arrived before expected delivery date. Flipkart is competing with everyone but Quality standards are too high.

Product is well packed. Works like a charm. Sound is good. Did a Skype video chat and experience was awesome.

Only problem i faced is that when I was configuring Windows then Internet connectivity broke because of power cut and computer got hanged at that window. Then I had to power reset and configure with different account. But that was s/...

In 1 word "it is excellent". Speed, sound, resolution of screen are perfect. You will have the feel that you are running one of the most updated laptop of today. With Win 10 the experience increases.
For daily use with the average of 4-5 hours, its best selection for me. And the brand HP matters. So far the service support is good. Very impressed with the Keypad which is very specious in each key and numeric keypad separately.

Coming to the laptop, I considered buying this after looking at almost every laptop available with the required specs ..The laptop is good no doubt but following are the things I didn't like..

1. Speaker sound quality - I felt its very low and mono.. The speaker grills are below the laptop .. So if you use on your lap (being a lap-top) the sound lessens even more..

I brought this LAPTOP last year. I am using it so hard and its giving me SUPER GREAT RESPONSE and the Battery life is cool its like you can watch two movies and only 6-10% battery gets drained! I'm STUNNED!

Good product not s single problem till now

The quality of plastic used is not satisfactory. The keys are hard to touch. The harddisk, power indicators are on side. Whether hard disk is busy or not, you need to look at side which is not convenient at all. The battery portion, the screen lid are not tight..means fragile. The speakers are not working properly (making noise) after 10 minutes of watching youtube.
