I bought this laptop a couple of months and did not want to hasten myself to post my reviews just based on the first look. So, after more than 60 days of my usage, below are my experiences listed out;
Pros;
1. Good performance.
2. 4 hours battery life (when judiciously used, tweak some graphic settings).
3. Easy to carry along.
4. Great gaming experience.
Cons;
1. Keyboard direction buttons are crammed.
2. Altec-Lansing speakers are not very powerful.
3. Too many preloaded applications...

cant be better
I got this laptop 3 months back and it is still awesome without any problems,though i use it very roughly...and trust me it is the best you can get at this price range....I am satisfied with both HP and offcourse flipkart..Great going by flipkart..

i have the red color model, and the design is good, color is rich. It has HD resolution of 1366*768 pixels, fantastic clarity. Guyzzzz, u need a cooling pad for this stuff, heavily loaded, with 1 GB dedicated graphics card, can play any game available today including call of duty:Modern Warfare, this game requires huge graphics.happy gaming!!!!

Good Product at Good Price
HP is always a leading company in any type of Computer and computer accessories and they make quality product.
This is my 3rd HP laptop(1 was Compaq among these 3), and I am satisfied with all except Batary life. Batary of my Notebook gone dead before his first anniversary.. :)
Although its almost 2 years I am using this Notebook and performance wise its one of the best Notebook I ever used.

Great Machine
This is an amazing laptop. Great CPU, quite light as compared to others in the same grade.
Added an additional 4GB stick and swapped out the HDD for a 256GB SSD. Now both Windows 7 and Fedora from a cold start boot up in less than 12 seconds.
One star deducted for the Radeon issues in Linux.
Pros:
a) Great Performance under Windows 7.
b) Good screen. Clear and crisp.
c) Both VGA and HDMI ports available.
d) Doesn't get uncomfortably hot.
Cons:
a) Power and Network ports are on the side....

It is definitely a nice choice. Good gaming experience but fps is fluctuating in counterstrike.
Not happy with the keys in keyboard. Within a month 'T' key in the keyboard is causing problems :(.
Other than that Hardware is superb and laptop is light and battery backup is great. Heat control is also good.

i hv used dell inspiron,toshiba sat.but after using dis brand of hp,i thought why i hv nt used it before?wat u want ,evrthng in dis...high speed processor,1 gb graphics,640 hd nd long battery life ,gd nd stylish look.....dis is the best laptop ive ever used.
