Acc i am using this laptop for 14 months and i never got any problem i am satisfied with hp service and product .. best part is its graphics , wec cam . U r having buget of 30000 and above so u must buy this laptop !
The laptop is good with a blend of good graphics and nice processing speed. After reading the former comments, I would like to tell that whichever game you play, causes the CPU to process at its best (Turbo Boost), as this feature is similar to overclock, its obvious that the CPU will heat. Buying a cooling pad is not an option, just remove your battery while playing and reduce max. processor state in your power settings, everything will run COOL.

Being a honest user I didnt find any problem of getting shut down while playing the games . But ya its true it gets bit hotter while playing the games . u can't play higher graphic GAMES on it by keeping lapi on your legs. Otherwise its okey . Almost every game runs well on it. Good graphic . But the biggest fault of this device has not been mentioned yet so far . biggest prob. It shows some yellowish effect while running the movies on screen . Where it should show Whitish effect . Specially on shining moment of movie . Not every time but on some clips it does not show true colors. Like other lapi does . I spent so much time to find out the solution of this problem but unfortunately there is no solution of it . Do not take it wrong way . It happens on some certain video clips . Otherwise its awesome laptop . Awesome sound( even better than sony device specially the speakers which is mounted on the front side of lapi) . Average battery . Simple topical lapi look . I bought it on January(2012) after looking the reviews on this particular site .

i was confused about what should i buy .. i am not a harcore gamer but graphics do matter .. i have the best laptop in hand that is the hp g6 1201tx. the features are awesome and worth the expenditure .
my brother had a dell inspiron 15r and dad has an acer aspire .. i was about to buy dell but now i think i would have regretted buying the laptop.
