HP Pavilion DM1-4014TU Laptop (2nd Gen Ci3/ 4GB /500GB/ Win7 HB)  (11.49 inch, Charcoal Grey, 1.6 kg)

Since I also have a HP Mini 110, I tend to compare HP Pavilion DM1-4014TU with that, though DM1 is higher in performance.

The only thing that has disappointed me in DM1 is the build quality. The body does not 'feel' as robust as the HP Mini 110, including the hinge, body, keyboard. Key strokes in DM1 are also slightly flimsy, unlike the Mini which has very nice and firm key stroke, the way I like it.

HP is not that great on Battery life and cooling system! But this laptop proves that HP got something to say.

I bought this laptop from flipcart almost 4 months ago and received on 3 days.

Pros,
- Battery life is great. You can get easy 5 hours back up with Wireless and a continuous works on laptop!
- Very light! It's a super Ultraportable notebook
- Great chiclet keyboard.
- Good touchpad.
- Good performance due to its core i3 cpu. For apps such as Ms-Office, Adobe products.


Cons,
- LID...

I dont think i could have asked for a better netbook at this price!
The battery back up is amazing.
Beats audio makes music sound so better!
Its lightweight, i can happily carry it to college or for travelling.
The HDMI port is an additional bonus, as the screen size doesnot matter anymore ; you can always connect it to your tv if you wanna watch any movie or sitcom.
The only downside, is the built quality. But still, i would definitely say that under 30k, this is the best netbook.
