great looking pen drive
The pen drive is made of shining metal, small and trendy good looking. Though made of of metal, I doubt if it would last the rough use that my old plastic 1 GB transcend has gone through. It is almost 6 years now, still running as if it were new, the plastic is discoloured and logo has long been gone, washed many times, dried many times and still running :)
Coming back to this good looking HP pen ...

Impressive form factor for a 32GB size usb pen drive
You get 29.7GB effective storage space in FAT32, I reformatted it to NTFS...godd transfer speed too and the metal body looks GREAT !!

Durable Metal Body, Stylish and Good Performance
very durable and long lasting due to its hard metal covering. The HOOKS
do a nice work, i mean you can use it with anything and with chains. The
read write speed are as printed, sometimes it even gives more write
speed than the specified one. However it being a USB 2.0 pendrive, newer
PC owners should try a 3.0 version, but 3.0 == costlier!!!

Good Looks, Slow IO
1. My drive came with FAT32, so detection was a problem initially. Once formatted to NTFS, it was resolved.
2. Takes 'some' time for windows to detect it once plugged.
3. Read / Write operations are slow.
If you want a good looking pen drive, this is it. If you are looking for fast I/O, look for other options.
