I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Worth Purchase
First of all, congratulations to Flipkart for maintaining good overall services which includes post purchase help and co-operation.
Though I received this HP V-250 W pen drive on the 4th day but this was ok when i found this nicely packed. And their courier service is good and delivery boys are professional too. So I have my trust on them.
Now back to this product which is really nice and is made of one sheet of solid gauze Steel with only one joint which is pressed/tucked nicely on the one side so u get impeccable look along with robust feel.
Also this is very tiny pen drive if u overlook the top Huck/lock. And the best part is its sturdiness which gives peace of mind. And Data transfer speed is satisfactory as well. Its shine and appearance makes other to ask u the price and place u bought this from. I m satisfied with this HP's invention of putting more flavor on a little pen drive.

Much nicer than in picture
It looks silver in the pics but the finish is gunmetal which makes it even nicer. It is small but feels solid and is very well made. The screw for the key-chain is a marvel of HP engineering.
The product was delivered after 1 business day and was delivered surprisingly not by your usual indifferent courier guy but a friendly guy in a smart flipkart uniform in company colors. It made the whole experience very enjoyable. The packaging as mentioned by many others was very sturdy. I am itching to order something else.

About the product- The product is extreamly SOLID piece of engineering.Very strong... No one can imagine that this masterpiece is a Pen Drive having transfer speed of up-to 12 mbps write speed and 18mbps reading speed. This is the Ferrari in Flash Drive's segment.
You can buy the product without any second thought. Once you will receive it.. I bet, you will fall in love with this sexy zero size piece. (Your girlfriend or wife probably wont like this now.-A real competitor)
The product looks awesome.. Really awesome. I guess the most stylish one available. Its far better than presented in the pictures.
All in all, The service by Flipkart is unbeatable plus unmatchable- Their delivery speed, packaging everything is awesome.// Plus at the end of the day you have the piece of mind that yup, you have the original product, :D :D

Nice build quality with satisfactory performance
I have received this pen-drive in less than a day after ordering. Thanks to order processing speed of flipkart and quick delivery by bluedart courier. HP v250w got a glossy metallic finish and good form factor. But the surface is prone to fingerprints and smears. The reading speed for movie files was 15-18 MBPS, and writing speed ~ 7-10 MBPS. Overall the product is good and is worth for its steely look and springy hook. I am using it as my key-ring. :)
