What else do u want @ Rs.1650...???
Ok...so i ordered this modem last week on 18th June when it's price was 1799...the next day the price reduced to 1650....so i cancelled the order and ordered again the cheaper price modem...ha ha...got it 2 days back and using it since then...guys believe me this is the best modem @ this price range with WiFi hotspot....Don't Buy huawei E8231...that modem's price is 2150....why spend Rs.500 more when u will get the same speed with both the modem.....although E8231 has maximum speed of 21.1 Mb...

I have been using it for a month...its a great product , previously I bought huawei e303c from flipkart it had 3g and call support but I needed a datacard with wifi enabled so I sold the e303c in olx and bought this e8221 ...we can plug it in wall socket and use wifi for our mobile and it connects seamlessly...i am using multicharger with USB for this data card ...so far its great..ill recommend this product but if u need call support then opt for some costly huawei data card

This product is of good quality and much atable one.
pros:
1. any service provider's sim can be used.
2. Delivers good speed. Experienced 900KBps speed on my 3G airtel sim.
3. UI is simple to understand and therefore simple to handle.
4. WiFi system is awesome.
cons:
1. takes a lot of time to initiate itself.
2. USSD function is not available.
This product is perfect for wall wifi....

Buy this and Don't waste Money on Tata Photon,Airtel Datacards For wifi
I have been using This product for Last 2 months.
If you are sure that your Internet speed wont't go above 14Mbps, Go for Huawei E8231 datacard.
Check your speed in an android phone using OOKLA speed test app.
This can help u create Wifi Zone anywer you go when us have access to a Power plug.
Please Dont waste money on Buying Wifi datacards given by network providers.They are 1.costlier,2.Can't change sim,3.Speed only upto 7Mbps on most of them

Excellence with some limitation but overall thumbs up
Very good product and Flipkart service are awesome. Competitor online store are many now and in figure increase day by day but flipkart maintain their presence very well. Product available are genuine, trustful with good pricing. Also shipping are fastest.

Pros: Very good wifi and very good coverage , my prev Dongle use to fail in some location to catch up signal.
Cons:
If any case signal got disconnected, there is no manual procedure where I can disconnect . If I remove the dongle and plug it also it won't work unless if I restart the system it will work fine.
So there would be manual way also , one UI option where i can close /disconnect /reconnect dongle will be very helpful.
I have to restart the system then it will work fine.But no UI is...

Thoughtful Purchase.
Bought it for my daughter now in Delhi. Flipcart, as usual did a commendable job of sending the Data Card in a day. Performancewise it is top class. It has already been nearly five months that my daughter has been using it without complaining. So I guess it is working fine. Overall a fine product.

Mobile wifi! - All you need is a sim and a power source!
This has been one of the best inventions. To have wifi on your laptop and your mobile at the same time. You can even have multiple devices (upto 10 as it says in the product description) sharing the wifi connection. I have tried upto 5!. Has a good range of about 15 meters. If you dont have a laptop or a plug point, just plug it to a power bank and you have wifi anywhere!
