The Huawei MediaPad is built on the Android v3.2 Operating System and accelerated by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Scorpion Dual Core processor.

A significant feature of this Tablet is the 7-inch LCD touchscreen which makes it compact and easily manageable. The screen makes typing effortless, as it is facilitated with multi-touch function. The display has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels with 256 K Colors. The screen is designed on the In-Plane Switching (IPS) technology that utilises low power ensuring smooth transmission of visual data across the screen. This gives you wide viewing angles depending on your perspective, and a high colour definition.

This Huawei brainchild is loaded with a high quality 5 megapixel Primary camera with an LED Flash situated on the rear panel. The MediaPad comes with an 8 GB onboard storage, letting you store and access a large amount of applications. You can expand the memory space by means of a microSD or microSDHC card, up to 32 GB. The Tablet uses a 4100 mAh Lithium-Polymer battery which, once fully charged, gives you a talktime of up to 6 hours.

Connectivity and Features

The Huawei Tablet conforms to the latest IEEE 802.11 b/g/n Wireless standards for Wi-Fi access. The Huawei Tablet also supports 3G connectivity with seamless HSDPA of 14.4 Mbps and HSUPA of 5.76 Mbps. The MediaPad is integrated with v2.1 Bluetooth which lets you share files with other devices at a decent pace. You can also use the GPRS and EDGE facility on the Tablet to connect to the Internet. This Tablet from Huawei comes equipped with one Micro USB 2.0 port and one HDMI port.

This Tablet has Google Maps, assisting you to locate destinations wherever you are. The Assisted-Global Positioning System (A-GPS), which is a higher version of the GPS, is integrated in this Tablet.
