I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

i've been using Pampers active baby before. Huggies dry is smaller, but easier to put on, and friendlier on my baby's skin. Doesn't leave red marks. However, there are quite a few problems. The outer elastic around the legs is too loose, u can easliy see the inner elastic lining thru the sides. This means that poopy diapers are more likely to leak than pampers active baby. also, no stretchy sides.
I would still buy this, and use it at home and when my baby is not likely to poop, because active baby is too tight around his thighs and very rarely gives rashes.

Baby Happy
I have a daughter of 5 months and I was looking out for the best deals on the Baby diaper when saw it on flipkart cheaper than all. Also the stock we had was ending. Got it delivered pretty fast.
Fits her perfectly plus great absorption power. One time she Poo in the diaper and all liquid was socked by the diaper so she was not at all irritated. We never knew it only when we removed the diaper we got to know it i don't know should i rate it bad for this or good :).
But clearly a winner product for me and with such nice price.

Good for your baby
Been using the Huggies Dry (Medium) for some months now; the quality is good and it does its job well.
Earlier with other diapers (of other reputed brands) my kid had 'diaper rashes' couple of times, however, from the time we are using Huggies, he have not got any. Cannot say for sure if its due to this product or that he have overcome that stage - nevertheless, we decided to stick with Huggies - and so far so good!
Flipkart gave me a very good bargain, so reordered couple of times. Go for this product.

If you have bought Pampers Active Baby which I usually do, you will find this not so good.
It is smaller in length compared to pampers so baby might fit tightly in it. Bad.
Feels thick and bit non-cotton-like so not much scope for ventilation. Bad.
The sticky tape if wide on one side and split in two parts on other side. Not sure who desined it this way. Whats wrong with having two wide sticky tapes? Hard to use. Bad.
I bought this as it was cheaper to pampers. But won't buy again.

I had ordered Huggies Dry M 62 pack from Flipkart and it was delivered in 2 days.
The quality of the diapers is very good and provide good absorption... If Flipkart can give still better prices on diapers, I would shift my routine diaper purchases to Flipkart..
