GOOD BOOK
Good book, gives good in-site. Well organised and easy to understand. Far better book compared to "UPSC Portal IAS Main General Studies Solved Papers (2001-2010) - Sachchida Nand Jha".

Worth Purchasing
The book is well Composed.
The answers provided seems to me well defined and written at least well understandable.
A treasure trove for any Civil Service aspirant.
Well analysed chapter wise.

Relevance to IAS Mains
It is good from the perspective of an aspirant esp.a first timer. It gives an actual picture of how the questions would come and also a guidance on how the answers are to be written along with focus areas like concepts & it's linkages to the real world happenings. Basically common sense. Its a general guidance and should not be taken as a spoonfeed.

Average answers. Good only for revision
The answers are of average quality. If you study the subjects thoroughly, you certainly can write better answers. But its good for Revision. Good for those who don't have the habit of writing own notes.

usefull if it is used in tandem with other civil services book.
