I use mostly Skype for communication.
This phone have nimbuzz that have a icon of skype but not supported it.

What I thing before buy a phone that I can use it for Internet purpose.In last 3-4 months I not even found how this can help me to internet.

1. The driver they gave me in INF format is not worked in Windows7 or server 2008 r2. I thing Msft have blocked inf installation in win7.

2. I thing I can use skype but no way to get it.

3. PDF reader is text-reader. You can't read Hindi File even. (unicode is not supported in this phone)

4. The phone have some java apps that is too old. You can't get them worked very easily.

5. The phone have many kind of decoration that make it cool but now many of them are gone like winter's season.

My earphone is already damaged. The quality of earphone is same as what you feel like Chinese or PRC kind of stuff.

This phone not have a facility to block a phone No. yes, every simple phone have this feature missing here.

You can't run video very easily in this phone. You need to king movies software everytime to convert it and it's take 1-2 hours to convert a 60 minute video.

Running Music on speaker open the poll that it's not have a quality speaker.

the overall quality of this phone make you disappoint. the phone is too bigger even it's about Flip-phone.If your samesung phone fall to Floor then you not need to care but if you put this phone to your hand you need a lot of care.

mp3 player have some bugs and I told the iball about it and never heard back about this.

From starting days after buying this phone I find out it's too bad investment I made.

i saw on the website and purchased this mobile thru flip kart and they delivered the same ontime but this mobile is not good at all look wise good but no voice please dont buy this mobile at all instead buy a nokia or samsung they are atleast good comparing to i ball,I ball only suites for pc and its accessories but not a mobile
