I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

not a worth product
17inch laptop sleeve measures 20inches diagonally and 17 inch horizontally.This is a wrong way of measurement of electronic items because when you wish to buy a 17inch sleeve diagonally it should measure 17inch.This product is mis-leading with respect to the measurements.

Product not Value for money,But flipkart is fine
the bag seemed to be chaep..just a 4-5 mm layer of spounge material stiched on ligh weight cloth..size is fit but does not stafistactory fit or enclose the laptop,coz of requirement it will work out for me as was in need...but not value for money

very good flipkart service
got this product before expectation though i reside in a non metro city via bluedart.
though the quality does not feel upto premium it must be ok for long term use as no other good product seems to be available for my hp 17" laptop.
the bag fits exactly for my hp 17" even if it is with 100 mah battery which butts outside from downside of laptop.
the material seems to hug the laptop properly

I have a branded laptop bag. Still this sleeve is very cozy and convenient to use at home for my Dell Inspiron 17R ..
Perfect for 17inch screen ..
It cannot be a substitue or alternate for a laptop bag, but for keeping safely at home, as a dust proof & spill proof purposes its useful .. Nice sleeve.
Worth paying 350 buck fr this :)
