I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Value For Money Product
Iball is a pretty decent company in my opiniun because i am using their products in the past so its a quite superbly built product.
PROS :-
1)Very portable and handy design
2)It's got battery so you can take it everywhere with you
3)USB,Sd card,aux ...etc you name it and it has that type of connectivity
4)Quite nice finish ...Metallic grill over it's twin speakers
5)USB charging capability...though it also has an inbuilt wall charger
6)It's got a remote...wireless freedom
7)Budget friendly price with a quite punch in the sound..bassy
Now CONS:-
1)Too small..not sure if it is a con really
2)Not loud enough for parties,functions etc....
Overall it's a value for money product by iball at a pocket friendly price better then competion in this price category.
It isn't worth the money.
If you are just looking for a portable speaker go buy it. Its battery pack isn't heavy, even the manufacturer claim only 2hrs with full volume. So that's not a strong point. An ordinary speaker with comparable performance, you can buy for one third its price. Now coming to the MP3 player part. There is no shuffle option. You can't move between folders, only between files just next and previous. So you will end up listening to the same numbers again and again every time you switch on. My Sony pen drive gets heated up after just 6-7 songs and the audio start to crackle. (The same pendrive remain quite cool after 2 hrs of video playing on my computer.)
