How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Avoid Iball mobile/tablet products...service is pathetic in Mumbai
i'm a iball slide 17011 owner, although not brought it from flipkart. While, the product is good, it starte giving some boot problems. When I went to the Iball service center at Andheri (which seems to be the best !!??), the service center is completeely incapable of repairing it.
There was a huge queue of customers reporting similar experiences, albeit for mobile phones.
If you want reasonable after sales service (which is infact a right of the customer) DO NOT GO for iball mobile + tablet products.
Ok but it could be better than this
Better battery life Good capacitive touch screen inbuilt 3G WiFi these are the good features .Also this tablet supports the Voice calling. But the operating system in this tab is a disappointing .The company should have put Android Ice cream Sandwich OS in this tab. Too old OS in this tab
Instead of this spending 3K to 4K more can go for Samsung galaxy Tab 2 which comes with the Voice calling & Android ICS OS
