I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Nice but my copy is defective
The compilation is very good but my copy gets stuck at the quarterfinal stage and does not play the NZ-SA and SL-ENG match. Rest all is excellent including the Final which is a delight.
I dont know maybe that piece was defective. Hard Luck, I guess.

Flipkart Rocks
First copy of DVD was defective as reported by many others. Quarter finals & Semi finals were not accessible. A call to flipkart customer care & the DVD was replaced in 24 hours. New copy works perfectly & DVD content is good. Wonderful to relive the day when India won the world cup!

i am having the same problem. Entire DVD works well but for the SAF-NZL quarter final and ENG Vs SRI Lanka quarter final. It skips very badly. Is this a technical glitch. Please do let us know what can be done for the same.

memories of the victory
This is a very nice watch with the earlier matches with lesser teams that are not as interesting given lesser footage.
