I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Think Twice Before Buying This!
Encouraged by the positive reviews of other users, and assuming the product to be of premium quality (priced at Rs. 299 with no discounts!), I bought this last week for my new iPod.
On application of screen-guard in cleanest possible environment, air bubbles were noticed on the screen as expected (Yes!..this is mentioned on package itself). As directed, I tried to smoothen it using the card provided. However, couldn't succeed even after several attempts and the screen-guard was rendered useless.
I would recommend to get your ipod "guarded" through a mobile store rather than buying it online and doing it yourself.

everything is great except for one flaw!
The major flaw is that the sticker that helps in applying the cover on the ipod leaves out a dirty sticky mark after you remove it. According to the instructions this sticker should be removed once you finish applying the cover. I had some hard time trying to scrap out that mark on the cover/screen guard!!! The makers should consider designing a non-sticky sticker that aids in putting the cover on the ipod.

I loved this screen cover it just feels great on the iPod! It works really good when you're under the sun. It also feels really good! I just kept locking and unlocking my phone for no reason other than the fact that it felt really good! It's not really Anti-Finger print but that doesn't matter because if you just spray a tiny bit of Colin on your screen and wipe it with a tissue or a microfiber and your screen is brand new again! When you use this screen cover I recommend pairing it with an "iEnhance Slim Fit for iPod Touch 4G (Black)". It's also available on Flipkart!
Does what it says
Basically this does what it says. It gives a matte-like finish to your iPod touch which makes it resistant to finger prints. It also reduces the reflections so slightly better viewing scenarios can be possible.
Instructions to apply were quite clear but I got couple of air bubbles due to unsteady hands. They don't show up when the iPod is on because the display shines through those bubbles but you can see them when it's off. Just make sure to keep your iPod on a flat surface (I used my lap, bad idea) & you take your time to apply it.
