WORST SERVICE IS FROM IFB
The products of IFB might have been good in intial days...now who ever opts for IFB products have to suffer if there is even a small problem. I have a convection model which needed a replacement of a switch which had become loose..its almost 3 months...even after repeated calls...there is no response from their side..."NO STOCK OF SPARE PARTS" this is the std reply from these people...i wonder whether so many appliances are getting repaired that they are alsways in short of spare parts...!! The customer care is very very poor. U might contact GOD also but not these IFB people...horrible experience i have with them. So plsss dnt go for IFB...iam planning to dispose IFB oven and get samsung oven through flipkart.

great product with surprisingly all the features required now a days.
Compact enough to fit into a small kitchen. Has a decent capacity and works very efficiently.got the latest convection technology which is quite effective. The convective effect exceeded my expectations over the traditional oven.

ifb has the worst service........ neither satisfied with microwave nor washing machine......complaint on Friday nd till Tuesday nobody has come to repair. Everyday, when calling customer care they are telling today service man will come...At last i had to repair it from our own electrician...........
