IFB Dishwasher Neptune

We have been user of IFB Washing Machine and Dishwasher for last few years. Their machines are good but the after-sales service is horrible. If there is any breakdown then one has to wait for months together to get that repaired. It has happened with us, twice for washing machine (2 months and 2&1/2 months respectively) and once for dishwasher.

Comes with horrible after sales service

We have been using IFB dishwasher from long time. Machine and the quality is good. What reduces the value of this product is their POOR after sales service. Its not poor but very pathetic. I think they have outsourced the servicing and its like service center do not care abt users. They close the cases themselves, customer care is equally lethargic.

Please dont buy any IFB product - read my story below

I purchased IFB Nepture dishwasher in July 2012 paying nearly 35000 Rs. Within 2 months it started giving the F5 problem and dishes were not cleaning properly.
The technician first came and replaced the pump (after nearly 10 days of making phone calls)

Please note that their franchisee Supreme Global Services in Bangalore never returns customer calls.

IFB also never returns calls and passes it on to their individual franchisees - who are not trained.

Anyway - the problem is still continuing and the technician is now saying that he does not kn
