D. C. Pandey is a well known Indian author of preparatory books for engineering exams. He specializes in Physics and has written many popular books for the IIT-JEE entrance exam.

He received his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Krishi Evam Praudyogik Vishwavidyalaya, India, in 1991. He received his M.Tech from the same university in 1998. He is presently a physics teacher in Chandigarh.
