I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Inalsa Popup toaster
* First, Flipkart communication & service is top class.
* The unit I got was defective & damaged. I contacted them & a replacement unit was promptly dispatched.
* Considering the price, the unit is a good buy & it works well.
* It's v. light weight & the steel panels get HOT.
* Children should not be allowed to use it & adults be careful.
* The exit path of the power cord is also not proper. I suggest wrapping insulation tape over the first few inches which comes into contact with the steel panel.
* On the whole U get what U pay for.

Disappointed
Broke down in 4 months , the knobs are very cheap looking and flimsy to say the least but can't expect much when it is this cheap! I must have been satisfied if the product was working even if it looked flimsy, but it not working in just 4 months of below normal usage is disappointing. Now I have spend time to get it to the warranty place and wait for replacement, double the work going in for a cheap toaster !!

Fast, Safe and Best
Being a student, this toaster helps me a lot in browning of bread when i am getting late for college. Peanut butter on crispy bread give me perfect start for the day. Even if u lazy, this toaster requires no effort. just put bread in it and pull down the liver. It will automatically bakes it and gives you crispy bread.

DISSATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Apart from the way it looks, which is neat and functional... this product is completely worthless.
The settings go all the way unto level 6 toasting, but anything above level 1 burns the toast completely. Even on level 1, the bread is barely toasted. It has to be re-toasted twice to achieve a decent crust.
DO NOT BUY.
