Bad Quality Product

I've been a Inalsa processor user for years and wanted to upgrade to a new processor. Ordered this product happily but found out that the quality of the product has gone down considerably. Also had manufacturing defects and most importantly the Mixer Jar leaks resulting in electrical shock hence returning the product. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.....

Poor build quality - disappointing
The product arrived well on time. But on opening the package I found it to be of very poor build quality. After having used a Kenstar unit for 10 years I found Inalsa's cheap plastic very sad.
Worse was when I realized that the Juicer jar was leaking in the first use.
Thankfully Flipkart almost never disappoints and had the product returned on a single request through their app - with a confirmatory call that was prompt, courteous and solution driven.
