Indian Women Writers In English,

Indian writing in English, especially fiction, is gaini9ng ground by leaps and bounds. Yet Indian English literary scene bristless with amazing anomalies and curious contradictions. Some writers like Mulkraj Anand, R.K.Naraya, Raja Rao and others have given-excessive critical attention, while many others especially women writers have been neglected. Nergis Dalal is one such writer, who can be said to have suffered unjust critical neglect. Even well-known scholars have not anallysed her fiction properly.

He did M A in English from Karnataka University, Dharwad, P.G. in Journalism from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai and P.G. D.T.E. CIEFL, Hyderabd, and Ph.D. from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga. He has served in NSS organisation for many years in different capacities.
