Professor K.C. Shukla has been principal of a teachers training college in Uttar Pradesh. He passed his M.A. degree in psychology from Allahabd University and did his Ph.D. in psychology from London University.
He is at presnt an international professor who lectures aroudn the globe. Professor Shukla has been educatinal adviser to various state Governments. He lives in Kolkata at present.
Dr. Tara Chand has been an educationl administrator and an international scholar of reputation. He has lectured in Germany, America, Australia and Canada on Indian education.
