Summary of Infernal Affairs II

Though titled Part 2, the film is a ten-year prequel to the greatly successful, undercover cop-and-robber crime thriller, Infernal Affairs. Lau and Chan have just begun their careers, infiltrating the police and the mob respectively. Like in the 1st part, the half-truths, blatant lies and hidden identities create a stylish, action-packed, complex maze. The film ends with the start of a bitter enmity between the mob head, Sam, and Officer Wong.
