Excellent book for those who wish to know of companys bill 2012
I had been looking to understand the latest company bill (2012) in detail and also how it differs from the companies act 1956. The book details Companies bill 2012 and gives a comparison with each clause of companies act 1956 in terms of what is new (added to companies bill 2012), modified and dropped.
