About Author :
Bard O`Neill has a doctorate in international relations from Denver University. He is professor of international affairs at the National War College, Washington, DC (USA), where he is also director of Middle Esat Studies and director of studies of insurgency and revolution. Also an adjunct associate professor at Catholic University, Washington, DC, he teaches graduate courses in the Department of Politics.
