This processor is as equal as Intel i3 2120
difference between i3 and G620 is clock speed
Intel Core i3 2120 runs at 3.3Ghz (Rs. 7060/-)
Intel G620 runs at 2.6Ghz (Rs. 3466/-)
price difference is Rs. 3594/-

Best bang for buck processor in town...
I have used a variety of Intel and AMD processors at various price points, but the G620 has been the best value for money till date. The processor is absolutely at par with the entry level i3 processor and has plenty enough power for various tasks like media center, light gaming, browsing and photo editing. Video editing and re-encoding videos struggles a little.
One of the best things about it is how cool the CPU runs. Hardly gets hot, so your CPU fan can run really slow and thus reduce noi...

Fantastic!!!
This is a incredible processor in this price range!!!!
As other reviews suggests, performance wise its identical to i3,
no reason to waste extra 2k for i3 processor.
Pair it up with a decent h61 mb, 4gb ram and you are on track!!!
Inspite of running heavy antivirus s/w and many heavy weight softwares simultaneouly,s till this processor dont halt!!!
It just keeps the task going on!!!
Love it n defintely recommend it..

You can do any high level task such as video converting,gaming,
CAD etc - all you have to do is add a Medium or a High end Graphics Card.(Nvidia GTX series would be the best)
If you just want to build a Home Theater system then,you don't even need a graphics card.
Best budget motherboard combination would be - Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2H Motherboard.
This combo has the best price to performance ratio.
Flipkart service - as usual 5*.

nice processors but not good enough for gaming..... most applications run very slowly in it... so better go for intel corei3 processors or any other 2nd generation intel processors.....

Best VFM proccy
If you are building a basic rig/HTPC rig then this should be suffice.
You may pair it up with AMD HD67xx/68xx/77xx or nVidia gtx560/GTX 560ti
for a medium budgetgaming rig.
Also lower TDP brings better(lower) power consumptions. ;-)
have a good time with this kid.

Awesome budget CPU
This one costs almost half the price of i3-2100, and yet delivers amazing performance alike. Very peppy, no lag or freezing so far. People short on cash to buy the 'i' range should take a look at this processor. Won't be dissapointed.

it is the best processor at this price range and any processor is not able to beat him at this price range it is able max out any game at 1680x1050 resolution and it consumes less power as compared to old dual core processor
